I think going vegan could be nice!! I love meat, but I love fruit, Vegetables, nuts, and seeds alot more. I'm thinking of going Pescatarian. Because fish is something that I eat in very small doses, but cannot be given up.

I've begun my second attempt to stay vegan after I'd learned in depth how much the animals that are being put on people's plates are killing us and the planet.

The main reason it's hard for me is CHOCOLATE and other sweet food because the vegan version just isn't the same 😢

I am already a vegetarian for some years, yet being vegan seems to be better in my view. But my parents wont let me become vegan (they can exept vegetarian, but vegan would be too much) and people often make fun of me cause im a vegetarian… they would totally freak out if i became a vegan… :/

Thank you this is a great video super helpful. I'm slowly going vegan for health reasons I've been dairy gluten/wheat free for two years with a few bumps here and there. They cause me terrible massive migraines. If going vegan is what it takes to make me stay healthy my fiancé is open to try I know he won't be able to stick to it but I know if I cook it he'll eat it 😄. I've done some vegan meals and he enjoyed them and was surprised they were vegan. Again thank you ❤️.

Thanks a lot sister! I allready give up the meet for 10 years, for me the most dificult its to leave the fish because I live by the sea and the fish here its soooo good. The links and book that you post will help me a lot to inspire myself 🙂 Greetings from Portugal*

I really consider going vegan. It is something that I have really wanted to do for quite a while. But I am only 16 years old so i live at home with my parents and 3 siblings. None of them are going to cut out meat and that sort of stuff. So i was just wondering what to do when it comes to step 4? 🙂 Or do you think that it is reckless of me to pull a vegan lifestyle by the age of 16? 🙂

Thank you for the excellent tips. Our family of 5 has been vegetarian for about 4 years now and we have been slowly working toward vegan. My eldest daughter (15) and I are now going to try to go full vegan. Our biggest challenge will be dining out with friends & family.
