Love beans?! Today I share with you some more vegan deliciousness! This is my recipe for homemade breakfast beans. Not exclusively for breakfast, I could eat the all day. With pasta, in a rice bowl, by themselves on anything! The recipe is below.

RECIPE
/INGREDIENT
1 TSP OIL – I USE FLAXSEED OIL
HALF ONION FINELY DICED
1 TSP PAPRIKA
1 TSP SUGAR – I USE COCONUT SUGAR
1/4 TSP CUMIN
1 GARLIC CLOVE MINCED
12 GRAPE TOMATOES HALVED
2 TOMATOES PUREED
CAN OF BEANS – I USED CANNELLINI
LEMON JUICE

/METHOD
1. COOK ONION TILL SOFT
2. ADD SPICES, SUGAR AND GARLIC – COOK OFF SPICES
3. ADD GRAPE TOMATOES – COOK TILL SOFTENED
4. ADD TOMATO PUREE – COOK TILL IT RUNS A DARKER RED
5. ADD BEANS – HEAT THROUGH
6. SEASON TO TASTE
7. FINISH WITH A SQUEEZE OF LEMON
